简介🆗：魏海蕊👰🏻，杏运工业工程系副教授🆙👱🏿♂️，硕士生导师。同济大学管理科学与工程博士🌁。主要研究方向为复杂物流系统决策与优化、供应链管理等⤴️。主持国家自然项目🧑🏽🎓、教育部人文社科项目等4项；以主要完成人参与国家级、省部级、及各类大型物流企业科学项目30余项👒；主笔完成上海市物流业“十三五规划”研究等决策咨询类报告10余项🧘♂️；出版专著一部🧗🏻♀️🙍🏽♀️；在Transportation Research Part E🧚🏿🫖、Computers & Industrial Engineering、国际贸易问题、系统工程✍️、软科学等国内外学术期刊💨，发表SCI👩🏿🔬、SSCI、CSSCI检索等论文30余篇。
Wei Hairui is an associate professor and master's supervisor of the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Business School, University of Shanghai for Science & Technology. She graduated with a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Tongji University. Her main research interests include decision-making and optimization of complex logistics systems, supply chain management, etc.In related research fields, she has hosted 4 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education's Humanities Science Foundation, etc. She has completed more than 10 decision-making and consulting reports, including research on the 13th Five Year Plan for the logistics industry in Shanghai. And she has published a monograph, and over 30 SCI, SSCI, and CSSCI indexed papers in academic journals such as Transportation Research Part E, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Journal of International Trade, Systems Engineering, and Soft Science, and so on.
摘要：在中欧班列、西部陆海新通道🧗🏿♀️🕵🏼、南向班列的开通之下⏰，跨境铁路物流网络快速发展与扩张，随着发展的阶段变化，考虑不同因素的跨境铁路物流网络优化与协同问题亟待研究，在此背景下本讲座主要阐述如下几个方面的内容：跨境铁路物流网络发展阶段与特征、跨境铁路物流网络结构优化、跨境铁路物流网络协同运营等内容🏊🏽♂️。
With the opening of the China Railway Express, the new western land and sea channel, and the southbound China Railway Express, the cross-border railway logistics network has developed and expanded rapidly. With the development stage changing, the optimization and coordination of the cross-border railway logistics network considering different factors need to be studied. Under this background, this lecture focuses on the following aspects: the development stage and characteristics of the cross-border railway logistics network, the optimization of the cross-border railway logistics network structure, and the collaborative operation of the cross-border railway logistics network.
